Mini-Fest

Cavaleri String Quartet

Direct Wine Shipments, 7.30 pm

The Cavaleri Quartet features young Belfast violinist Ciaran McCabe. Their programme will include music by Mozart, Beethoven, Ravel and Haydn.

The event incorporates the official launch of the 2012 International Festival of Chamber Music, with full details and advance ticket purchasing opportunities.

Schumann Frauenlieben und Leben

Carrickfergus-born Carolyn Dobbin began her career as a teacher of Art and Design before commencing her opera studies at the Royal Scottish Academy. During 2010 she was Associate Artist with Welsh National Opera, and she made her Grange Park Opera debut earlier this year. She is currently singing with English National Opera. She is accompanied by pianist Ingrid Surgenor, a long-time favourite of Cardiff Singer of the World competitions.
