Mark Chambers, counter tenor, teacher, and director of the NI-based early music group Sestina, works regularly with the world’s leading choirs and ensembles, including the Monteverdi Choir, the Gabrieli Consort, Tenebrae and Chamber Choir Ireland.
He performs a programme of splendours from 16th century Venice, in the company of cornettist Jamie Savan (of His Majestys Sagbutts and Cornetts) and Dublin-based organist and harpsichordist David Adams.
Music by Monteverdi and his contemporaries.
Cavaleri Quartet

The Cavaleri Quartet is one of the UK’s most dynamic up-and-coming young quartets. Multiple prize-winners and alumni of the Park Lane Group Young Artists and RCM ‘Rising Stars’ schemes, the quartet features Belfast-born violinist Ciaran McCabe.

Quercus Ensemble

The Quercus Ensemble brings together some of NI/Ireland’s finest young musicians under artistic director, Derry-born cellistKim Vaughan. This is a programme both of melancholy and of exuberance – culminating in Dvořák’s much-loved ‘Dumky’ trio.
