We are delighted to welcome back Ruth McGinley and Darragh Morgan, two of Northern Ireland’s leading internationally renowned musicians, to launch this year’s Mini-Fest. Darragh and Ruth are no strangers to BMS audiences, but this is the first time they have worked together. The concert kicks off an NI tour, organised by Moving on Music.
